Happy Sunday, everyone! I hope you all have a lovely weekend. Recently, my Sudio Sweden earphone is not functioning well. Luckily, I remember Sudio Sweden got the warranty period in case of any malfunctions of the earphones. Therefore, I decided to remind you guys to use this service in case your earphone is not functioning!
There are a few things I want to address about the warranty period. First of all, the products are covered by a warranty of a year. The 12 month warranty does not cover defects or damages due to: mistreatment, misuse, theft, loss, water or fire. For all the other damages, Sudio Sweden is going to send you with a same but brand new earphones with or without additional service charge(it depends)! You can click here for more information.
If you decided to get a new earphones because of malfunctions, all you need to do is send a email, fill in the form and send it to Sudio Sweden. For more information, you can click here. Since you need to return the product, you can choose Hong Kong Post (without tracking number)! It only costs HK$20-30. If you are a online customer, all you need to provide is the email/ name or order number! You do not need to provide any receipts or guarantee certificate card. If you have any inquires, feel free to check out and email to the Sudio Sweden. Customer service is usually going to reply you within 24 hours!
