Last Blog Post Of The Year: Graduation, Thoughts on 2019

Not sure how to start this post because I'm always not good at starting the paragraph. It has been a while, really a while, since I had updated anything here. Let me start by saying I am finally officially graduated! Studying business degree, majoring in marketing is definitely not the hardest task as long as you are willing to study. I am very chuffed with receiving first honour, overall best performance and scholarship. I still cannot believe I had the opportunity to represent the class of 2019, standing on the stage and present a vote of thanks. If you still haven't seen that clip before, you can click here. Anyway, thank you very much for all the people who supports me along the entire journey. Really want to express my deepest thanks to all my lovely best friends and family for being there for me! 

Throughout the school years, I am sure all of you are very aware of what I love to do other than  just studying. And that is blogging and instagramming. I had been updating my blog extremely regularly for the first three years because I genuinely enjoying blogging. Nonetheless, as time goes by, final year had been pain in the ass due to extremely tight schedule of studying, doing assignments and projects. That is the main reason why I didn't update as much as I used to be. Another main reason is because I kind of shifted my entire focus to my Instagram account. Although I couldn't write much on Instagram picture, it still able to convey the most of the messages I want to send to my followers. Blogging can be very time-consuming. So perhaps I will continue to update my blog next year. But the main platform I am using would still definitely be Instagram. I have also started filming outfit videos on my Instagram. 

Most of my content is all about fashion. But in the up coming year, I want to inspire people in any way possible. I feel like what I always wanted to inspire people is to be themselves. Being your true self can be very hard especially in the society nowadays. There are many social stigmas and stereotypes which affect us to be ourselves. For instance, some people may point out that men or women should not wear certain kind of clothing. So what I want to do is to encourage people to live the best version of themselves and wear whatever they want. I will definitely continue to post more outfits on my Instagram next year! 

For me, 2019 is more of a year of intense growth in all aspects. There were more obstacles than I had ever encountered before. In every setback, I had grown so much and learnt how to deal with each problem. In all honesty, I have to say I am very proud of myself this year of expanding my comfort zone. All of you must be well aware of the fact if you are not leaving comfort zone, you are not growing. As for the discussion about comfort zone is definitely another topic, not going to discuss further here. But my point is growing as an individual requires a lot of courage. Do not be afraid! When you feel like you are defeated, tell yourself you have all the strength to overcome the boundaries.
